Comments: Great recipe! My husband and I enjoyed it because the pork was tender and flavorful, and delicious with the fruit sauce over rice. It was easy to assemble in the crock pot. Instead of 8 ounces of dried fruit, I added 4 ounces of dried apples, and about 1/2 cup raisins. When I make it again I'll try dried apricots since we think we'd like a tangy flavor. I passed along this recipe to two friends, fellow foodies who will appreciate the simplicity and good flavor! |

Comments: What a delicious meal, ideal for the winter months. I added apricots, dates, cranberrys and rasins - it was aromic and all of us were hungry by the time it was done cooking. The kids liked it and had seconds and I am going to use again while entertaining guests.
Now one thing I added that was not on the directions was a bit of ginger - good flavor. |

Comments: Not bad but did not have as much flavor to it as I had hoped. |

Comments: This was a good recipe, very easy to make before going to work. Husband enjoyed it. Was not too sweet and the pork was fork tender. |

Comments: New to slow cooking and found this easy and soooo delicious. I used dried apricots, raisins and cranberries. I also used 1 cup of apple cider - it was absolutely delicious. My slow cooker is huge so I used the whole package of pork loin which included two small loins. |
