I made these for the 4th of July. My family was very impressed! This was an excellent dessert for those who watch their weight or who like light desserts. It really was very easy to make and I followed the recipe exactly.

My family loved this recipe!!! We used fresh strawberries and strawberry jam instead of raspberries, and it turned out wonderful!!! The cake is very light, and the whipped cream and blueberries on the top add the perfect touch!

This was a big hit - everyone loved it! The hardest part about it was slicing the angel food cake. It was the perfect taste combination for a hot summer day!

The recipe is simple, tasty and attractive as well as low fat. A nice and light desert perfect for the summer patriotic holidays!
