Very nice bunt cake. Taste is a clean lemon with no harsh tasting after tones and the presentation is good. Lovely texture.%0d%0a

Other than the time it takes to zest 4 tablespoons of lemon peel, this recipe was quick and easy... and my family loved it.

I made this recipe for School Bazaar and it's smells so good. I had to make a second one for my family and they devoured it!!! It was easy and delicious. I made the second cake with only 2 eggs and no poppy seeds. The icing melts in your mouth (we ate the cake while it was warm). Fail proof project!!!!!

I made this for a bridal shower in the individual rosette pans. (There is also a big pan that matches.) In this pan these turned out slightly crisp on outside, had a great texture and the taste was wonderful.
