My family loves these sandwich cookies! A 'Thanks' goes out to nhess6 for the chocolate frosting tip!! Made them even better!! |

This is my family's favorite. Instead of adding jelly, I double the amount of peanut butter and use the crunchy peanut butter instead. I have also used chocolate frosting with the peanut butter to use as a filling. Yummy! |

I loved making these for my nephew while he was here in college. He and my brother ate them all that very night. |
