My family really enjoyed this quick to prepare marinade. I baked this dish but will use bone in thighs and have my husband bbq next time. Light and fresh taste. This is a keeper!

both me and my husband like this recipe. We leave the seed in the chile for a kick and we love the refreshing flavor of lime. i even use the same recipe to cook cod fish and it turns out great. Definitely will make this again.

We thought this was pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly and my husband grilled it. I was expecting a little more flavor

Chicken was wonderful! The flavor was amazing and not over powering. It had a fresh taste to it. Because this chicken has a Mexican flavor to it we were able to eat it plain one night and the next night use the leftovers for chicken tacos.

This was the best chicken recipe! Not to mention it was extremely easy! I took the advice of some others and served it with spanish rice, sour cream, and guacamole. I think it was similar to Apple Bees tequila lime chicken only healthier!

Excellent! I baked them in a 375 degree oven as my grill was out of gas and they turned out perfect. VERY tasty! Will be making this alot. I think using honey instead of the sugar would be really good too.

I have looked at this recipe several times and finally decided to give it a try. It is awesome! It has just the right amount of zip. What really surprised me was how well the kids liked it. They just kept asking for more! I served it with Spanish rice, crushed tortilla chips, and a strawberry smoothie. We will be making this often - especially on the grill during summer!

This was a good grilled chicken recipe. It was tangy and you could definitely taste the lime. My husband doesn't like an overpowering cilantro taste so I used 1 tablespoon of cilantro and 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley. Made it on the George foreman and had it with yellow rice and black beans. Quick and easy!

We were entertaining some high school friends of my husbands and I was looking for a chicken marinade that would not be too exotic as I didnt really know them at all. During dinner everyone complimented me on the chicken - it wasnt until after everyone left that my 13 year old stepdaughter said - that chicken was awesome that I realized it was a keeper recipe - she's kind of a picky eater.

I've been making this since it was still called tequila lime chicken, and will be making it again tomorrow (it's marinating as we speak!). We serve it up with refried beans, spanish rice, tortillas, sour cream, salsa and lime wedges, for squeezing over it all. This is the hubby's absolute favourite dish I make, my parents liked it when I made it for them. The kids even like it! EXCELLENT and VERY recommended! My mouth is already watering!
