This was really good. I would only use about half the spinach, just so I don't freak out people who aren't that adventurous with their food.

I tried this recipe about a month ago and it was SO GOOD! I prepared it today, 12/23, (do ahead tip) and put in the fridge. I'm taking it for Christmas dinner to my Grandmother's house. All I have to do now is pop it in the oven when I get there. Really wonderful recipe. ROCKS!

I made this recipe for a covered dish dinner at church and it was a smashing hit! I've made it for my family and they love it. Very easy and absolutely delicious.

I have done this in place of traditional mashed potatos at holidays and gotten rave reviews. The first time I made it I was very surprised to have one of kids mention that it is very good, definitely a keeper! I like to introduce new recipes to my family all the time to avoid getting into the rut of making the same things over and over. I have printed many recipes from your site and this is one of my favorites. Keep on finding new recipes, I'm always willing to try new ones!! :-)

This recipe was delicious!! My two ex-husbands and new fiance all agreed that it was even better than the traditional greenbean casserole recipe (which honestly always left me feeling somewhat bloated). I would recommend this recipe to anyone BUT my future mother in law :/

This was terrific! Had a hard time persuading my boyfriend to have this instead of regular mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving but he agrees- - -this was delicious! I used cheddar fried onions and added a bit of shredded cheddar on top, as well as thruout. Will definitely make this dish again!

This was a great addition to a meal I made last night. I subsituted cream of mushroom soup with cream of broccoli, and it was very tasty. Thanks for this idea. My fiance has said it is a definite repeat!

Mmmmm, this was tasty. I had saved the recipe a few months ago and finally made it this weekend. There is nothing that I would change about it. I even let a friend at work taste it- and she wants the recipe too. I think I am also going to mail a copy to my dad to make. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! :oP
