Comments: This was the perfect St. Patrick's Day dessert! I decided to use walnuts in the crust, which was really easy to make. It tunred out moist, yet flaky. This crust paired perfectly with the texture of the creamy marshmellow pie. I did not have any Irish cream liqeur, so I used some instant coffee when I was whipping the cream and then folded a couple tablespoons of rum into the marshmellow mixture. Also, I made the pie a little late so to speed up the process I put it into the freezer instead of the fridge. In only an hour and a half I had a great pie with the perfect consistency!!! |
