This is not very good. I guess as far as a microwave cake it is to be expected. This is "okay" smothered in ice cream but the cake part is not very good. You are better off using one of those Betty Crocker single microwave desserts you can buy at the store - they have a better taste. |

My husband and I made this for Valentine's day earlier this year and I'm taking it to work with me (2 parts to separate the liquid from the dry, then heat up the water for the top when I get on my lunch break). My dad grew up with a recipe for a full 8x8 dish of it he likes to call Chocolate upside Down cake. It's all the same and still tastes delicious. |
