Yum! We loved this dish. I will definitely make it again. Instead of frozen veggie mix we used fresh veggies (purple potatoes and broccoli from our garden, canned baby corn, fresh mushrooms and fresh herbs) and it came out fabulous. A new family favorite.

This was very tasty and the chicken was juicy. I will make this again! For the veggies I used frozen Green Giant Vegetable Medley (potatoes, peas and red bell pepper) and added a can of baby corn (found in Asian section at my grocery store).

Really excellent and easy meal. I will save this recipe for sure. I wasn't to sure how it would turn out with just the salt and pepper to season, but it was fantastic.

This was a really great healthy meal. We left out the potatoes because we are trying to keep our carbs to minimum. But it was still delicious. I actually thing that the potatoes would have been a bit too much. I served this with whole wheat rolls and fat free honey butter instead which made it perfect.

I am by no means a chef, or good cook. I usually stick to Hamburger Helper, and white rice, but I figured I'd try my hand at cooking more. This recipe was super easy to follow, and my boyfriend, me, and our friend really enjoyed the taste. Normally my boyfriend hates vegetables, but he gobbled it all up, and asked for me to make it again this week! I definately recommend making this, especially if you're not used to cooking. :)

I made a few adjustments to the recipe and it was great! I browned the chicken in herb butter instead of regular butter, seasoned the chicken well and used 2 pkts of gravy instead of one. I served it with yellow rice. For the first time, my daughter - who says she is allergic to vegetables - asked for seconds. I will definitely make this one again.

This recipe was one of the fastest and easiest dish to make. My husband, sister in law, and their two cousins absolutely loved this meal. Complete with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls and you have the perfect dinner.

We loved this recipe! My husband would like to have this once a week! I used the jar of chicken gravy instead of the dry mix and it was very good.

I tried this recipe with thin chicken breast, and it only took about 20 minutes total to make. Very good. You can add a little spicy sauce to bring it up a notch if desired. I would recommend this dish, over white rice or brown rice.

Good stuff. I used an extra 1/2 lb. chicken and it still turned out wonderful. Make sure to coat the chicken with the gravy and veggies a minute before you serve it to let it soak in.
