I served this pie tonight at a pre-thanksgiving dinner for some friends. It got rave reviews, I even screwed up and didn't swirl it, I mixed it all together by accident without reserving any for the swirl. Even so everyone loved it! I plan on making it for our two thanksgivings this year!!

I am another fan! I have made this pie many times now and someone always requests the recipe! Sometimes I layer the extra cream cheese on the bottom just to save time and it comes out perfectly! I've used graham cracker crust, nilla wafer crust as well as the shortbread, and all are great! My son has never been a pumpkin pie fan, but he loves this!

Even if you don't like Cheesecake this one you'll love. Its a hit everytime I make it and quickly disappears. The first time I made it I didn't even get to try it. I usually don't have time to make a crust so I use the Pillsbury refridgerated pie crust that come two to a box, and still people tell me its out of the world.

I live in Europe and have a hard time getting grandma's pumpkin pie recipe to work properly here -- the flour has a different protein content, can't get certain ingredients, etc. Last year I tried this one for Thanksgiving and it worked beautifully. Easy to make (I prefer a spring-form pan), it has a nice firm consistency, no problem with a forever-liquidy middle like I have when I use other American recipes. The spices are perfect, and the cream cheese gives it a heavenly creaminess. Even my husband, a Swede who has no nostalgic attachment to pumpkin pie like me and who normally isn't a fan of sweets, proclaimed it to be the best dessert he'd ever had.

This recipe is excellent! I did use a prepared graham cracker crust to save on time. It is a keeper!

This is now a must at our family Thanksgiving dinner. Even the people who do not like pumpkin pie love this pie. It is easy to make and makes a very pretty presentation. This is a must try if you like pumpkin at all.

I enjoyed making this one, but I found that it took nearly twice the time to bake it. I found this to be the case each time that I made this recipe.

This recipe was a hit at our Thanksgiving Day celebration! Easy to make, and great to eat! I cheated and used an oversized Keebler cookie crust to save some time and it turned out just fine. I'll definitely make this one again!

I am always on the lookout for new recipe ideas during the holidays and this has been one of the best desserts I've found yet. May be a little on the rich side for the older crowd but I would recommend this recipe for anyone looking to put a new twist on an old favorite.
