This is the first time I have ever baked anything!! I chose not an easy cake to bake but definitely the most delicious. Turned out to be easier than I expected except for the time it took. The kids absolutely enjoyed it to the very end. They can't wait to do it again!!!!!!!! Thanks!! |

i haven't eaten the finished product yet, but i tasted each of the three steps and they were delicious. this was a birthday cake for my dad, and he doesn't like coffee so i substituted bailey's mint cream instead. it worked great! |

The cake was absolutely delicious. It's equally nice on its own (without the frosting and fillings)I've made it a couple of times for family and friends and each time there is no leftover.Keep up the good work |

This cake is FANTASTIC! My mum/mom made it for my wedding 4&1/2 years ago and I am now sitting in her kitchen, helping her make it for my dad's 60th birthday tonight. It's not the easiest cake to make... but it's certainly the most delicious! |

I made this cake for a coworker's birthday. Absolutely everyone who had a piece wanted the recipe. I had to span everyone. The only people who did not want the recipe were the ones who ran out of the room after "Happy Birthday" was sung (as to avoid temptation)! FANTASTIC!!! |
