Comments: The Crown Roast was excellent, extremely impressive and very easy to make. It looked like I was cooking all day! The salt, pepper, sage and thyme rub on the pork was a great combination, very favorable. The stuffing mix was also excellent, something I would definitly make again. Its a sure-fire receipt guaranteed to amaze all your guest or relatives. |

Comments: What a delight to view a recipe I had not seen since 1964, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Lexington Ward Room, with my husband the Supply Officer. In those days jet and helicopter pilots were being trained for Vietnam. The roast was incredibly lovely, so very tasty and as I found from the Chief, very simple, 1,2,3 to prepare and serve. Being so impressed asthetically rang the chimes, and quite inexpensive compared to the simple presentation and melt in your mouth flavors. Truly attempt this recipe made for a king on a Social Security income. It works! |
