Its great if you have little time on your hands and don't like to cook. It taste great! The only downer is the seasonings are on the outside and you really don't taste them on the inside when you cut it up. But still great! |

I have tried this dinner southwest roasted chicken and it turned out great the taste was all it was ment to be. the only thing i wish this site and recipe would explain to all that does not know how to prep / cleaning of the chicken, before even thinking of tring to cook let alone feeding it to someone. for us that were raised around cooking it is easy to do because someone showed us. now put yourselves in someone elses shoes the recipe is there but not the beginning of it all . please add to recipe in future you might help someone even more than you know . thank you signed just ted. |

I wasn't too impressed. Since we don't eat the skin I felt that we didn't really get any of the flavors in the recipe, so it just tasted like a plain roasted chicken. |

This was so easy to prepare and it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The spices were a perfect blend with no spice over-ruling another. Honestly, it was juicy and tender. My husband raved about the chicken and requestedthat I prepare it once a week. |

The seasonings on this chicken recipe were wonderful!!! It gave the chicken great taste and woke the dish right up!!!! I will make this dish many, many, many more times!!! |

This is one of the best chicken recipes I have had in a long time. It had just the right amount of spice and the cooking preparations was just about right, since my husband works nights. I will be using this recipe for my Holiday main dish this year. |

Oh my God!!! This recipe its "FANTASTIC". We all in my family love chicken, my husband can eat chicken everyday with no problem.I made in the side only with steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower cover with butter and it was DELICIOUS, everybody loved it. I really liked this recipe because it was spicy but not to spicy. The recipe was very easy to follow. I will make this again. My husband said to mark it as a winner. |
