Comments: OK, my husband does not eat any kind of meat. So I had to omit the chicken. Other than that, I followed the recipe precisely and it turned out to be the easiest and the tastiest dinner for two of us! Next time I will try to use low fat yogurt instead of sour cream, maybe part-skim mozzarella instead of cheddar, and, any kind of canned beans will do. Maybe will add cilantro like another user. Great recipe that can be played around with for variety. |

Comments: This was an excellent quick weekday meal. Both my husband and I enjoyed these very much. I did not use any guacamole, simply because I did not have any. I think this is a recipe that you can play around with a little and add or alter the ingredients to your liking. This would also be good as an appetizer if you cut it into smaller wedges. |

Comments: I changed the recipe around a little. Instead of layering so many tortillas I just combined all the ingredients between two tortillas. (I wanted to lower the carbs down a little.) I also added cilantro which topped it all off. Overall the taste was excellent. |

Comments: The results were disappointing for me; the dominant flavor was the guacamole, completely overpowering the chicken and the salsa. And, the layer that had the guacamole kept slipping and sliding off the "stack," making it difficult to eat. This might be better without the guacamole. |

Comments: These were really good. I omitted the red bell pepper- - but that is the only omission from the original recipe. I made them taller- - some of them I added jalapenos inside or pepper jack cheese on top. Served them with broccoli w/ cheese sauce and spanish rice. Very good dinner! |

Comments: My husband LOVED this recipe! He raved about how good they were. I used low fat where I could, and it was really good. I think next time I will use just a little more salsa than sour cream and also use green chiles instead of red peppers and see how it turns out. I will definitely be making this regularly. |
