Very easy...Only 2 out of 4 of us liked it. My husband said it was to gooy...I might have over cooked it though. Other then that it was pretty good.

Really easy and extremely good, I use fresh garlic and put it in with the rice and onion in the oil. I also add mushrooms and chicken and I have a complete meal!!!

This rice was a hit with my guests. I made it for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it. It went well with the chicken enchiladas I made. I ended dinner with the Best Chocolate Cake with Fudge Frosting from this site, and everyone said that everything was delicious. Thanks for making my dinner a success! God Bless.

This Spanish Rice was quick & easy. It went great with The Layered Chile-Chicken Casserole Recipe. My family loved them both!

Absolutely the best spanish rice! Everyone I cook this for loves it. It has more of a strong Mexican food kick my taste buds crave for compared to the prepared spanish package rice. The best thing about this recipe, you can alter or add other ingredients as suggested below to suit your own taste buds. I added this awesome recipe to my recipe file years ago. Thanks, Betty Crocker!

Very good. You can cook this in a medium size pot instead of a skillet.

good and easy will make again. family loved it. used a can of diced tomatoes instead of the sauce and used chicken broth instead of water and omitted green peppers cause i didn't have any. also used chopped garlic instead of powder and substituted brown rice which took longer but healthier...thanks betty crocker!

This is so much better than packaged rice. I went with tomato sauce with garlic and an anaheim pepper instead of plain green. Paired with the Impossibly Easy Quesadilla Pie, it was a quick, easy, delicious meal.

Tasted like something from a restaurant. Also added in a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles for some added zip. Also used half the amount of oil called for and it went well anyway. Watch the rice, though. Once it starts to brown, it'll burn pretty quick. If you catch it just as it turns golden, though, it's gorgeous.

It was a fast, easy and it took much less time than 40 minutes! I cooked about 3 small pieces of jalepeno peppers with the rice. I removed them just before serving and it added that extra kick. :-)Danielle, Los Angeles-CA
