I make a similar dish but instead of using Classic Suddenly Salad I use Chipotle Ranch Suddenly Salad. It gives it a zing that may be missing from the other reviews I have been reading.

This salad was pretty good, but I was expecting it to have more of a Mexican flavor (due to the 'Fiesta' in the title). It was good, but not extremely fantastic.

This pasta salad was EASY to make and DELICIOUS. My 23 month old daughter and I shopped for the ingredients, choosing to get the cooked chicken from the deli to save on cooking time. We also added parmesan cheese since we were aware that it is no longer included in the packaging. We made this for a Memorial Day picnic with friends visiting from New Mexico (with their taste buds especially in mind). They LOVED it! They enjoyed the garnishing chips and salsa as well. I usually pick up salads made in the store, but this time I impressed myself and company with a very tasty and simple dish. Next time, I think I'll kick up the heat a notch. I recommend this for busy moms and anyone who needs a little spice in her life! Thank you.

I have 3 boys, ages 13, 10, and 3 - and they all loved it! We ate it as a dip with the tortilla chips and it was very filling! Very good!

I love this recipe; it is the perfect dish for summer. I make it in the morning before I go to work, which allows all the flavors to blend together. Plus, you can adapt the recipe and use reduced fat or fat free sour cream and cheese if you have a dieter in the house. And it tastes even better for lunch the next day!

I made thistried this recipe because I had everything in the house (with the exception of chips) and it seemed fairly simple-which it was. Simply, yet surprisingly flavorful! Definately will make again.

I added Tobasco sauce and chili seasoning to the chicken to give it a kick. Suddenly Salad does not come with parmesean anymore so I substituted fresh grated Parmesean. Yummy!

At first, I was questioning myself on just how easy this recipe would be. I found out it was very easy and didn't need constant watching as I am a Senior Citizen. It is only my husband and myself, so I look for easy recipes during the summer. Besides being easy, the taste is undescribable. my neighbors wanted the recipe and I told them where I got it from. It is delicious, and I may end up making 2 batches next time I make it. Also, my husband took the chips and put the salad on it, it was like a treat to him then. Thanks Betty Crocker for making my life easier!
