Comments: I omit the apples and make a peachy pie. I add another cup of peaches. It's always a request at Thanksgiving time. If I'm making for a big crowd I put in a rectangular glass pan and make a cobbler. |

Comments: We have a golden delicious apple tree, and also a peach tree, so this sounded like a fit, if it would be simple enough and tasty enough. Well, it was better than tasty. It was delicious! This is definitely a keeper, we will try it again and again. Thanks so much! |

Comments: This was so delicious and didn't make it past the day I made it. I added a few more almonds, and a tiny bit more apple. It was amazing and I'll definately make it again! |
