Comments: I made this recipe a few months back and my kids/family loved it. I did do a few alterations to the original recipe.
I made my own chocolate wafer crust. I then mixed the broken cookies and the ice cream together and added some creme de menthe to the mixture (maybe 4-6 tbsp). If you add the alcohol you need to add more time for the ice cream to set back up. I would recommen making it early in the morning or the night before you are wanting this dessert. |

Comments: I made this for the fourth of July. It was fabulous!!! It didn't last too long. I like the fact that you can play around with the various varieties of ice creams, crusts and toppings. It was fun to make!! |

Comments: This was a big hit at christmas potluck. Super simple to make. I used light ice cream with was a lot easier to spread. Great Recipe! |
