This was pretty good, healthy and quick. My boyfriend didn't really care for it but he ate it so that's saying alot...I added onions, garlic, bell peppers, corn and black beans. I'll definitely make it again.

Delicious! We have so much squash from the garden that I decided to give this a try last night. I also made a few minor modifications after reading the reviews here and upped it to 3 tablespoons of lime juice. I also included two chopped hot peppers and some fresh baby corn, to add a little variety to the vegetables. It was fabulous! I also made the cornbread recipe that this site recommended. It was a wonderful compliment to the meal and was the perfect thing to prepare during the 15 minutes the chicken was marinating. Two thumbs up!!

This was a very good dish and a nice change for family dinner. I added a few of my own touches; adding season salt and 1/4th cup fo lime juice to the marinade to give it more zing. I also used sweet red, yellow and orange peppers cut into strips to add flavor. Next time, I plan to serve it with mexican rice and some refried beans.

It was easy and absolutely delicious! I crave this recipe at least once a week. I recommend serving it with rice and a healthy dollop of sour cream. MMM-mmm!

After reading the reviews of others who have tried this dish, I am definitely going to give it a try! Instead of using 2 tsp of chili powder, i am going reduce that down to 1/2-tsp, and maybe include a little cumin, for more of a smokey flavor! I'll let y'all know how it turns out.

absolutely delicious and so easy to make.. I am a picky cook and eater. I look for easy to make, delecious with distinct flavor recipes that don't need preparation the day before. you can make this in no time, just 2 ingredients (lime juice and chili) ,I made it 2 days in a raw, 2nd time I used green and red pepper, onions, I used mexican salsa, that was faster than the zucchini. and tasted better than fajita, my husband absolutely loved it. this is gonna be my favoriate and savior meal for any occasion especially when I don't have time.

Delicious, healthy, easy...all great reasons to stay in the front of my recipe cards. My husband thought it the chili powder was too much, but I personally enjoyed it as is. I may try it again with 1 1/2 tsps. Love the lime in this recipe!

This mean is very tasty, the chicken comes out very flavorful and delicious. WATCH THE CHILI POWDER, two teaspoons made the meal quite spicy!

We have this over and over again because we love it so much. It is so easy and quick to make and it tastes wonderfully spicy! Even if you leave out the veggies, it is great. Use the leftovers on tortillas or in a pita for lunch the next day.

Good basic recipe, but agree it could be zestier. The addition of some chopped chilis or jalapenos, OR cayenne pepper and a dash of cumin, would jazz it up just right. Cheflowa - try serving with stone ground tortilla chips and fresh salsa, or some southwestern rice & beans.

the meal was very easy to make and i really enjoyed the dish. it has now been added to the list of something to cook. i have never used lime and chill powder in any of my meals so that made the chicken a real treat for my mouth!I truly enjoyed the meal!

This is really a 4.5 to me and my boyfriend. The only reason why we didn't give it a 5 is b/c it could've been a little more spicer. Next time maybe we'll put in some cayenne red pepper to spice this up when we marinade the chicken. This recipe is light and not greasy at all. It tastes very healthy. I'm definitely saving this recipe to cook again! Thanks Betty Crocker. =)
