Good and easy! I used leftover turkey, two cans of diced tomatoes instead of one, and added a can of corn - served it with cornbread and a salad - deelish meal!

A hit of granulated onion and garlic does wonders for this dish.

I give it a 4 just because it didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked, I love spicy so maybe adding a sliced jalapeno might be good. Also, it doesn't make alot of food, so I would either use an extra can of tomatoes or beans, whichever you prefer. It's been requested for next week's menu by my VERY picky family!!! That says a lot.

Instead of opening a can of beans, it is really simple to prepare a big batch of dried beans, refridgerate or freeze then use with Hamburger Helper meals, Suddenly Salad additions and, of course this great chili pot. Thank you. I use a heat sealed gadget to store batches of anything for later use.

This recipe is quick and easy. I love homemade chili, especially during the fall/winter months of the year. I am diabetic and this recipe is perfect for me. It has an excellent chili flavor and adding traditional toppings only makes it taste better. Excellent recipe for a quick meal, along with being healthy. Way to go!!! Thanks for these recipes and a place to go to find ways to help me live a healthier, easier life. Keep up the good work!!

This recipe will be so quick and easy, even if I use fresh chicken breast. I am starting a new recipe book for this kind of quick meals.
