Used fresh broccoli and it turned into much. Okay as soon as it is made, but we threw the leftovers out. Lacks flavor.

This was very quick and easy to make and I am not the cook in the family (Mark). My daughter washed and cut up the potatos and I did the rest. I used the snap pea pods because we do not like broccoli. I also added a small can of mushrooms (drained). You will need to add salt and pepper to taste. We all liked it.

It is a great recipe because I can use it without the chicken and use my soychicken: I am a vegetarian and would like to see recipes for me too. Do you have our kind of recipes?

I was given this recipie by my boyfriend's mom. It is incredibly easy and a real treat for him when I make them. The only negative was you really need a heavy-duty mixer to make them, as I almost burned up my hand mixer!

My family loved it! I used 1 1/2 jars of chicken gravy though to make it thicker. I made it with cornbread and cut it up over the top! Great meal...we'll do it again.

My only advice is to use a larger saucepan; with a 3-qt I had a hard time stirring without mushing up the potatoes and peas.

This was an easy recipe to make. 20 minutes and it was done. Was more like a soup than a stew, lots of leftovers. Will make again!

This recipe is really good. It does not take very much time or effort. I left out the peas and just used Chicken and potatoes. I will use again.

The stew was simple to make and delicious to eat. We added a few ingredients; carrots, extra gravy, parsley, salt and pepper. We even used fat free gravy and it still tasted great.
