Comments: I thought this was a great recipe! I didn't have fresh apples so I subtituted a can of apple pie filling and also used splenda sweetener and egg substitute and it was great. There are only 3 of us in my family so I took some to neighbors and they just raved about it! I will definately try this again. |

Comments: I was not pleased with the results.
I definitely would not make this again.
I do not like wasting good food on less than adequate recipes. |

Comments: Wonderful pie! I made this with 1/4 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup sugar and used Splenda brown sugar in the topping. My husband and teenage son loved it! It set up very nicely and made for a wonderful end to dinner. |

Comments: I was very dissapointed in this recipe. It came out really doughy and there was not even sweetness to the bisquick mix. I would suggest using a pie dough or doing apple crisp rather than this recipe. |

Comments: My family and I just had this delicious pie. I had some extra apples and was looking for a recipe idea. This one seemed quick and easy. It was. I substituted Splenda white & brown sugars. Next time I will lessen the sugar and maybe add some raisins to the filling. It looked and smelled so good, the family couldnt wait for it to cool. It was still hot when I served it. They loved it. A pie I will definitely make again and again. Thanks for this wonderful recipe. |

Comments: I just made this today, and it was a hit with my picky eaters! I know I wil make it again, possibly varying the fruits for filling, and using less cinnamon, more brown sugar. I did substitute the nuts with quick oats, too. I think it would be a great recipe to double and bring to a potluck! |

Comments: Just made this. Have watched what I eat carefully for over a year and wanted something baked. Used non-fat milk, half granulated sugar and half Splenda in base. Didn't have regular butter on hand so used whipped butter in base and topping. We also didn't wait 5 minutes for it to cool! Tasted wonderful and the house smells heavenly. Even with the substitutions, delicious. |

Comments: My 3 1/2 year old grandaughter and I just finished this pie for dinner tomorrow night. She can't wait to come back to my house to eat it!! It was very easy to make, did leave it in the oven for 10 more minutes with the heat turned off, looked nice and firm, will let you know later how much everyone liked it. Way to go Betty Crocker! |

Comments: This was awesome! However, I had a really hard time getting the pie to "set" in the middle. Did I not use the correct apples? |

Comments: Tried this one rainy day when I craved something different. We all love apple pie so decided to try it because it sounded so quick and easy. Wow! It was delightful. Everyone loved it. Served it with light whipped cream and my family acted as if they never had a pie before. There were no seconds! The next day I made a bigger batch but this time used pears and blue berries. This is a recipe you can get very creative with. It definitely is a keeper. |

Comments: Easy to make and so yummy! Hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have what mom use to make. This is what America is all about. (Although I would like to rename this recipe.) I used Granny Smith apples and the firmness after cooking was perfect. My aunt would add a slice of cheddar cheese to her pie. She always said "Apple pie without cheese is like a kiss without a squeeze." I will try that next time. |

Comments: My husband and I loved this pie! He is not real crazy about regular pie crust (even though mine is wonderful!), he liked this better. It was easy and good and I will make it again. I do want to try it with other fruits too.
I put more apples in it than the recipe called for so it took longer to bake. I used about 4 cups of MacIntosh apples. |

Comments: I used Splenda instead of sugar and Splenda Brown Sugar since I'm a diabetic. Everyone loved it! It was quick to cook, too. |

Comments: I didn't have any brown sugar on hand so I used the Domino Demerara washed raw cane sugar. I may use brown sugar next time but it tasted really good with the raw sugar. I also used Apple Pie spice rather than the cinnamon and nutmeg. It is only my husband and myself and it is already half gone after one day. |

Comments: I made this in a hurry and it turned out great. I used a can of apple pie filling which had the seasonings in it. I also used a tablespoon of my french vanilla coffee creamer (liquid) along w/the regular milk. Everyone ate it so fast, there was hardly any left for me! I will double it next time. Excellent basic recipe. |

Comments: I made this pie yesterday to submit to my daughter's school bake sale. I am having a hard time giving it away. It smelled like heaven in the oven and looks fabulous. I did not use the nuts in the streusel topping, strictly the baking mix, brown sugar and butter, because of possible nut allergies... I am making this on Thursday for my daughter who is a pie fanatic! Cannot wait! |
