Comments: Great recipe! The most time consuming part was shredding the chicken and cooking the tortilla strips but it was worth it and I love how this recipe only has a few ingredients. Will definitely make this one again. |

Comments: It was ok I guess. My husband and I eat a lot of mexican food and he said it was like eating sad nachos. It was definitely quick and easy (I used nacho chips instead of the tortilla's to make it faster as suggested.)Overall, it was allright but not anything I would do again. |

Comments: This was super yummy and very quick and easy. I actually substituted green enchilada sauce because I couldn't find any salsa verde for less than $4 a jar, and this made it a little less inexpensive. |

Comments: I make this dish quite often. Sometimes when I'm in a rush, I substitute the corn tortillas for corn tortilla nacho chips (saves on time and mess). I just break them up. The dish tastes just as good. And as you suggested, I make a festive corn bread side dish with it. Always a hit w/my friends. Thank you!!!! |

Comments: It is so simple to make and yet very delicious. I used the 2 cup preshredded Four Cheese Mexican by Sargento instead of Chihuahua or mozzarella. Otherwise I followed the recipe and my husband said it is a must repeat. Great as a leftover also. |
