Comments: Way too much sugar for a diabetic recipe! It seems these diabetic recipes on here are more geared for "low fat" rather then low sugar! This recipe can actually cause a sugar spike which is NOT what you want! The only reason I rated it so low is not because of taste but because its not a good "diabetic" recipe |

Comments: This is easy and very good. Use sugar-free carmel topping. It taste just as good and you can't tell it's sugar-free. |

Comments: i had no carmel or cookies,or plain yougurt, so i made a KeY LIME version. I used Kashi crunch for the crust and %0d%0asprinkles 1 Tbs of sugar over it. I used splenda instead of sugar, but added 1 Tbs sugar to batter, i used 1 Tbs vanilla, and 1Tbs key lime juice, I used 2 of the 6 oz containers of Key lime flavored yogurt, instead of regular,%0d%0aIt came out great....%0d%0aDonna |

Comments: Love it ... but substitute Splenda for sugar and then for the carmal topping, there is now an ice cream topping made with splenda that is lower calories. So it can be even easier on the diet!!! And yet tastes just as wonderful!!! |

Comments: This is a GREAT alternative to 'regular' cheesecake. It's less stiff and creamier than the full-fat version but the taste is delicious. I buy Smuckers Caramel topping (fat-free) and drizzle it on. It's quite yummy! |
