Comments: We thought this was sooooo yummy! Even my 3 year old ate it. We did it on top of brown rice. I just cant say enough was telling EVERYONE about it the next day. It was very affordable as well. We had left overs and I just ate it alone the next day and still sooo yummy. It was super easy to. Highly recommended and for guest I believe it would amaze them how fast and easy something so good and complex tasted!!! |

Comments: I loved this recipe. I have never made thai food before, and this one was very simple to make. My family really enjoyed it and even went back for thirds!! I loved the flavor of the shrimp with the coconut and lime. I would recommend this for everyone to try. |

Comments: This is an AWESOME recipe!!! I've made it at least a half a dozen times, with and without the tomatoes being as I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes and both ways have been delicious!!! I would recommend this recipe to anyone who loves Thai food!!! |

Comments: This is the first time I've tried cooking Thai food, and it was a success! I, too, agree that it could have used a bit more kick (especially since I used regular diced tomatoes, not spicy ones). Was very easy to make - the hardest part was peeling the shrimp :) I served it over rice, so it made for a full meal. |

Comments: WOW! Coconut and shrimp go sooo well together. I doubled the sauce because it's so good to put over our rice too. |

Comments: We did not enjoy this at all. I'm not sure what I did wrong with this recipe - the only change I made was to use sweet onions instead of red (which was likely a mistake but oh well). Despite all of the great ingredients, it just didn't have any flavor at all. I added some Sriracha (asian hot sauce) just to give it some heat and flavor. Husband didn't even bother eating past a few bites. I am used to making Thai-style food regularly and maybe we were just expecting something different. |

Comments: I thought this recipe was fabulous! It was easy - I used the 16-20 count raw shrimp and followed the cooking times. The shrimp were succulent. I did not use the maximum amount of curry because my husband is not a big curry fan but will use more the next time as he thought the recipe was excellent as well. I served it with some brown basmati rice! |

Comments: Made this today and it was great! Since I prefer a bit of spice to my food, I will add a bit of red pepper flakes and possibly only 1/4 cup of coconut milk next time. |

Comments: Made this for the first time for my friend and I. I was shy with the Curry, should have had more but this was wonderful. I did add garlic though. It was also great for lunch the next day. Will make again. |

Comments: This was pretty tasty. Even my husband that doesn't like Thai ate it. I could've had a bit more spice to it for me. I may add more curry the next time. Will make this again for sure!!! |

Comments: Quick, easy and yummy! I used only 1 tsp of the thai curry paste (red) and it wasn't spicy at all. Will increase it next time. Thanks for a great recipe! |

Comments: This recipe needing a little boost. I would recommend adding a 4-5 dashes of the fish sauce, salt and if you want to spice it up cut up a jalapeno. |

Comments: Absolutely delicious! I loved loved loved this! And my family loved it so much that they were afraid I'd lose the recipe and it would be gone forever, so they copied it into the binder full of handwritten recipes. I did, however mess up by not draining the tomatoes before adding them. It turned out a little soupy, but you could still taste the coconut, the shrimp was cooked really well, and it had that extra little kick to it. I will definitely make this a lot from now on! Yum |
