PS - the chutney was excellent, but a little watery. Will use a bit less water than 1/4 of a cup next time.

We used beef and really enjoyed these. They were very crumbly and would not stick to the skewers, so I just made little patties instead. Next time I might try adding an egg to thicken them up a bit.
