Comments: Im only 13 years old and i LOVE to cook. Im going to do this recipe for thanksgiving. However, I have a problem where I can't eat any type of nuts, so I'm doing half pecan and half chocolate chip! Thank you so much for this recipe. I will get back at this. |

Comments: I found this recipe 2 years ago and fell in love with it. So far I have created 3 different versions (mocha, lemon, and apple). They are all very good. Mocha is very popular among the ladies at my work. I am planning to create more... spiced tea, matcha (green tea), and mango (my husband's request), too. This roll cake is sort of thin and my husband, who loves this so much, can finish the whole roll in one day. So I normally double the ingredient to make a big one! |

Comments: this was sooooo good!!! really easy to make and is the perfect thanks giving or X-mas dessert. With the supplies you have to buy to make this you have enough to make two and may be three. I really recomend this. |

Comments: After the first year I made this, I continually get requests. It is easy and yummy. For the reviewer with the cracking problem, I did have one of mine crack once, and I think that I cooked it a bit too long and did not remove it from my pan fast enough. I would suggest using a thick kitchen towl or even a bathroom handtowl to roll it as this will help hold in moisture as it cools. I also use a pampered chef stoneware jellyroll pan and everything comes out of it cooked wonderfully everytime. I don't know if it will help, but one other thing to make sure is that you are mixing everything adequately and for long enough - actually set your timer while mixing, you'll be surprised at the difference if you have not been mixing long enough! Good Luck! I am making 8 this year! |

Comments: I love this roll! I make 2 for every holiday, one for my family and one for my husbands! In regards to the person that keeps having hers 'crack' a tip is to make sure to roll it right away while it is still hot and soft and to make sure you don't roll it up to tight. I always roll mine loosely while it's cooling and after I put in the filling I roll it up again and wrap it in foil and leave it in the fridge until its ready to serve. Then I put the 'icing' on right before serving. Hope this helps! |

Comments: I've tried this pumpkin roll 5 times. And every time the roll cracked and split. With all 5 rolls that I've attempted to make each one truned out the same. always cracking. I've even variated my cooking time. I've left one in longer; I've left one in for shorter then the directions....and no success...this roll cracks everytime. If these other 8 reveiws all say this roll is so great, I'd like to know how they did it with out it cracking, and my attempts of 5 times to make it work. I'm very disappointed. |
