Comments: These cheese sticks were absolutely disgusting. My entire house stinks of vegetable oil. We took one bite and threw them all out. What a waste of expensive ingredients. |

Comments: I used mozzarella and it was way too bland. I then added 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp italian seasoning, about 1/4 cup cornmeal (would have used bread crumbs but didn't have any) and they were much better. |

Comments: my husband and i are full time students and this was very simple, i love it! of course mine didn't look as nice as the pic but it still tasted good! instead of paprika i used cinnamon and sugar it worked out just fine and these will be easy to take to school for snack. |

Comments: I just made these for the second time. Last time i followed the recipe exactly and they didn't come out well at all! But this time instead of just using the batter i fist rolled the cheese sticks in a mixture of bisquick and egg. Then tossed them in seasoned bread crumbs (you can double coat them if you want) and fried them to perfection. The crust is crispy and the inside is gooey and yummy. Try them and see for yourself. |

Comments: I was going to give it a two, but my wife likes them a lot. I was disappointed. Perhaps the batter is too thick. It was difficult to get the oil to just the right temperature. They're okay. Not at easy as I hoped either. |

Comments: This is one of the easiest recipes to use. I have used mushrooms, onion, and green peppers instead of cheese. My kids love it so much that they ask for it once in a while and my oldest one likes to make it and try differnet seasonings in the mix. This is a keeper for when we want to eat a little fast food. |

Comments: I prepared this recipe in the oven instead of in a deep fryer for a healthy alternative. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes in the oven (a golden brown hue) and it's fabulous. |
