My first time to ever make this, & my family loved it! Even my mom asked me for the recipe! Only cost about $30 to feed 8 grown-ups, with seconds, & plenty available for leftovers the next day. A great surprise!

This ia very easy dish to prepare. And it is cheap which makes it all the more better. It made enough for about 4 servings which ended up leaving some wanting more. It is like an upgraded chicken helper meal so it doesn't have the great taste of a restaurant meal, but if you are looking for something cheap, easy, and very good this is the dish for you. Especially if you like asparagus which is the primary taste of the dish. Maybe a little plain for my taste so you possible may want to season it somehow. Good enough to keep in a recipe file though.

Made this for the 'sparegrass' loving hubby. I used fresh baby asparagus instead, since frozen is difficult to find here. He LOVED it!!!!
