Comments: This great, Home Depot sells the stands for about $5.00. I did with a can of Lemon Lime Soda and put a sprig of rosemary in the can. It was great. Works good with Dr Pepper to. Did mind in the oven this time due to. Worked out well. |

Comments: Great recipe, unlike rotisserie chicken the skin of the chicken turns out quite crispy. Chicken is so tender it is difficult to get off the can without it falling apart!! |

Comments: Done properly, beer can chicken is the best you can get. Better than deep fried. To make things easier, buy a stand (you can find them on the internet) and put on an aluminum pie plate to save on flair ups. |
