This great, Home Depot sells the stands for about $5.00. I did with a can of Lemon Lime Soda and put a sprig of rosemary in the can. It was great. Works good with Dr Pepper to. Did mind in the oven this time due to. Worked out well.

Great recipe, unlike rotisserie chicken the skin of the chicken turns out quite crispy. Chicken is so tender it is difficult to get off the can without it falling apart!!

Outstanding chicken! This is one way of grilling chicken that is so easy to do and turns out very moist.

Done properly, beer can chicken is the best you can get. Better than deep fried. To make things easier, buy a stand (you can find them on the internet) and put on an aluminum pie plate to save on flair ups.
