This recipe is amazing! My boyfriend always loves it when I make it and asks for it often. I even made it for my picky Dad when he came to visit and he like it as well. The only thing that I change, is that I add much more broth (about a cup) as it makes the pork chops much more tender. I also like to add more spices, but the recipe is fine as is!

This was a great dinner! Very nice weekday meal too. I even had time to make cookies while it was cooking. I will have to experiment on spices though...

My whole family loved this recipe! There's not many dishes that all of us can or will eat, so that is pretty good. The only changes I made was I put a whole cup of beef broth and I also added some season salt. The pork chops were so moist and tender and the flavor for everything was excellent. I will definitely be making this one again.

Loved it! My husband and kid are very picky eaters. I didn't have the carrots on hand so I left them out and used a bit more potatoes. I will definately make this again. Thanks for all the great ideas. I'm already a good cook, but when I have a variety of things it makes dinners more interesting and enjoyable.

I thought this was AWESOME. I did use a bit more broth than was called for. Perfect to throw in the pan when you get home from work and then leave cooking while you unwind!

This dish didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I used a 1/2 cup of broth instead of 1/4, and followed the cook times for the pork, but the meat was a little tough. The potatoes turned out great, but the carrots were not done. I won't cook this again.

This was easy to cook and came out great! I added my usual spices which are garlic powder, oregano, parsley, basil, celery leaves, and bell pepper slices! I also used 1/2 cup of chicken broth to keep everything moist and initially browned the pork chops in olive oil. I used butterfly pork chops with no bone.

This was really good. I used assorted fingerling potatoes, and the different colors plus the carrots made a beautiful presentation. The chops turned out very tender and the veggies cooked perfectly. Everyone in my family loved it.

I masde this recipe last week, and thought it was fantastic. I used one cup of beef broth, and used chicken instead of pork chops. Great recipe!

I thought this dinner was quick and easy and really delicious. I add some garlic and season salt also and that gave it more flavor and brought out flavor from the potatoes and carrots.

This is the first reciepe that I tried from this web site and I am very pleased. I changed my mind at the last minute to use the beef broth instead of the chicken and I am glad that I did. Possibly the chicken might have made the dish bland however with some light seasoning with Lawry's and the beef broth the spices were just right. It even got a "pretty good dinner, honey" from my husband which is not very easy to do, he is not easily pleased. I did however take some advise to use 1 cup of broth rather than the 1/4 cup it calls for. Thank you for such a great reciepe and I plan on using this site for more great meals.

This was very easy and my husband said "Make this recipe again, it's very moist and flavorful." I did add more broth than called for and cooked it in my electric fry pan.

Very easy and delicious dinner in one pan! I used boneless chicken breasts in place of pork chops and worked equally well. I used the drippings to make a savory sauce.

This was a great, hearty dish! I added just a little more chicken broth, instead of salt, to simmer and it created just enough flavor. I will make this one again.

Ok, so I was skeptical of this dinner. I just wasn't sure about the pork chops and the lack of seasoning....but this was delicious! It is such a favorite now and so easy!!! The overall time is a little long for a regular week night for me but I'm sure it will make it's way in to the rotation, it was just too good! I did add a little coarse ground pepper for extra kick and a little oregano for my own taste and this was just awesome! Go chops!

I used Iowa chops for this recipe. It was quick and easy and the pork chops were cooked all the way through even though they were thick. I added a little extra seasoning for flavor. I will definately make this again, a nice change from chicken and fish for a low calorie dinner.

I read reviews first and then tried, glad I did. I also pre-cooked carrots and potatoes. Pork chops were good but a little bland. Could use a little more spices of some kind for more flavor. On the positive side it was easy and quick to make on a busy night. Would absolutely make it again.
