Tried this for my daughter and son-in-law. We all loved it and will definitely make it again. After reading other reviews, I really used extra spray and had no problem. I do think I will add more garlic powder next time.

Very tasty! My whole family complimented it. I think pounding the chicken really made it tender. The only thing I didn't like is that when I flipped it mid-way through cooking, a lot of the coating came off in the pan. Not sure what to do to fix this...maybe a little extra cooking spray? Anyway, it still tasted great and we had NO leftovers.

I just fixed this recipe and loved it. We ate at the "Olive Garden" yesterday, and they had a dish almost like this one, but this recipe has the chicken breaded. SO much better. We will be having this again, and again.

So delicious! Very easy to do and lower in calories and fat. I didn't have lemon peel so I used lemon pepper and it was really good.

I have been making this recipe for a few years now using peach preserves. It has become a family favorite! It takes a little time and patience. Especially when turning the chicken to keep the crust from sticking. Be sure to use plenty of margarine when preparing the pan. The combination of sweet and saltiness in the sauce makes it a delight to the tastebuds. To save time and make clean up easy, I prepare the sauce in a measuring cup and heat it in the microwave. Then, just pour it over the chicken and serve.

I have prepared this recipe several times, and each time I vow I'm going to make more of the sauce. My family puts in on the chicken and on the rice as a gravy. It's become a family favorite.

This recipe was such a nice surprise! I don't normally like fruit with meat, but the crunchiness of the bisquick mix and the light flavor of the sauce made it delicious!

Both me and my husband absolutely LOVE this recipe!! He doesn't care for the sauce so much, but the chicken is still excellent without the sauce! I however LOVE the lemon-apricot sauce. It's nice and easy, and it puts a nice fresh spin on your average chicken meal.
