Comments: It smelled very good throughout the day, but when it came time to eat it, I was not impressed. The meat tasted good but there was to much sauerkraut. It is not a recipe I would consider again. |

Comments: I served Reuben Sandwiches buffet (do-it-yourself) style for lunch today with the Pumpernickle and Rye Rolls as suggested. Having the Thousand Island Dressing in squeeze bottles made it easier for my guests too. My lunch was a major success, and I'll do it again next St. Patrick's Day too! |

Comments: This is an easy and very tasty recipe. I have not used as much saurkraut as the recipe calls for as that is way too much kraut. It was wonderful to smell it cooking all day long! |
