Comments: I love this recipe because I love ratatouille! And to add turkey to the recipe was such a great idea, too. Very low in calories, and takes next to nothing time to make. I have even adapted the recipe to use ground turkey, then you don't need to add the oil the original recipe calls for. I now add mushrooms and water chestnuts as well, giving the recipe some crunch. You do have to add garlic and salt to this recipe to give it some punch, but that is something we like in our household. Otherwise, the simplicity of the recipe is just great. |
