Comments: I baked this in a MUFFIN/CUPCAKE pan = each mini-meatloaf was perfect! I was able to freeze the extra ones in a ziplock bag in the freezer - I've been popping out one or two at a time for a quick meal on the run all week - just microwave for 2 mins and add more ketchup! |

Comments: I am one of those people who love meatloaf but can't make it. It always turned out too dry. WOW! This recipe is so good and moist. My husband loved it and it was so quick to make. I am definitely making it again. |

Comments: Made this for dinner tonight! My boyfriend requested meatloaf and this was a good way to make it on a weeknight. Had with some of Betty's Four Cheese mashed potatoes, delicious! I added in 1/2 green pepper diced, and some italian bread crumbs (just scooped some into the bottom of the measuring cup, added the Bisquick on top until I had the right amount). SuperTarget had ground pork so otherwise, as written, and delicious! |

Comments: I decided to give this a try last night... and wow, I'm glad I did! This recipe is fantastic. I mixed it the night before, spooned into a muffin tin, and tossed in the oven the next night for dinner. Cooks fast, and tastes wonderful. My toddler isn't a big meatloaf fan just yet, but my fiance loved it. Will definitely be making this one again. The only thing I'd do differently is reduce the sugar a bit, as it was a bit sweet. As many others, I used all beef, and added some bell pepper to it along with the onion. |

Comments: Made this last night. We have been through soooo many variation of meatloaf I had given up on ever finding one that was not boring. Found this recipe and gave it a shot. It was good! I modified by also adding about 1/2 cup fine chopped red bell pepper and a tablespoon of fresh sine chopped garlic. And, I love how it is pre-divied into servings. Why didn't I think of this? It came out a bit crunchy on the edges, in a good way. P.S. I used all beef because I just souldn't find ground pork. Will have again. So quick to prep and cook. Yummy too! |

Comments: I made the meat loaves tonight for my 3 grandchildren. I barely had enough to get a taste. The oldest, age 19 took 4 to start with and ate them all plus one more. The hint of sweetness with the brown sugar made them tasty indeed. I mixed some bread crumbs with the Bisquick and used onion powder. They are terrific and will make them on meatloaf night again. |

Comments: This was by far the best meatloaf I'd ever had. I've always loved mini meatloafs because of how much quicker it is to cook, but the texture and flavor of this recipe was just perfect. I used the suggestion of wrapping each loaf around a small piece of sharp cheddar cheese. It was delicious! |

Comments: I barely ever cook but this was really easy and tasted good. My fiance' was a little skeptical about me making meatloaf but when he tasted it he said it has more flavor than regular meatloaf. We both really liked it. |

Comments: Absolutely the best meatloaf I ever made. I do not like to cook (sorry girls) but I don't. This was quick, easy and best of all delicious! My family loved it. I baked it in a muffin pan & added shreded cheddar cheese on top. The kids loved having their own mini-meatloaf muffins! |

Comments: This is my husband's and son's favorite meatloaf recipe, because of the touch of brown sugar. And it's so easy! I use ground turkey or extra-lean ground beef instead of the beef-plus-port, plus EggBeaters in stead of the egg, and Heart Smart Bisquick instead of regular, all just to shave off some calories. No one can tell the difference.
Use a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan lined with foil. With a smaller pan you won't have room to separate the mini-loaves. |

Comments: This was very easy and fast to make. I like that you don't have to cook it as long, since it is many small loaves instead of one large one. Next time, I'll throw in a little chopped green pepper as I usually do. The sauce was tasty enough that my husband didn't smother it in ketchup - - he has ketchup with all his meats and potatoes. |
