This cake was super easy and tasted great. I couldn't believe how moist it was even the next day. This receipe is a keeper. My kids are real fond of rhubarb but you can't even taste the tart part of it.

Tasted wonderful! I flipped mine immediately like the recipe stated instead of waiting a few minutes like I normally do and it resulted in a lopsided cake since it all slid to one side when I flipped it. I used a 12" Nonstick deep dish skillet instead of the cake pan and it was very nonstick! The cake just slid right around. It was definitely more brown on top than berry colored from the brown sugar. I think I would have to frost it with some whipped cream if I was serving it to guests but the flavor was delicious and it was super easy!

We absolutely loved this cake. Made it in a frying pan and baked it in the oven. One of the best cakes that I've made in a long time. This is a keeper. My mother has a gluten allergy so we used her kind of cake mix and did everything else the same. Great

YUM!!!! This was soooo very very good! Tasted great right out of the oven! It's a HUGE hit with family & friends. I used all rhubarb with no strawberries.

When I make an upside-down cake I use a cast iron skillet, it comes out better and easier to use, haven't tried this recipe yet but looks very good.

I didn't have fresh strawberries so I used 4-5 cups fresh rhubarb. It was delious! Everyone love it. Just add a dollop of Cool Whip for an extra treat. Sooo easy to make.

I took this to a party and it was a big hit. However, I expected it to look bright and fruity like the picture. Instead, the brown sugar made it look brown and not too tempting. I spread a container of whipped cream on top and added a few strawberries to make it look nicer.

This is a delicious recipe. It is a bit tricky flipping over the cake pan when it is warm, but I did it! The fruit looks cooked, as it is, not fresh, so it lost some of the red color. It is very moist. This will not last long in my house!

I really liked this cake. It was easy to make and the taste is fabulous. My family still prefers my strawberry-rhubarb pie. This was easier and I thought it tasted just as good.

Tasted Delicious--although when it was time to flip it out of the pan all the juice came with the cake and dripped everywhere--big mess to clean up!!! Maybe next time i will use less strawberries!

OMG...this was delish!! One warning, tho...the cake mix has new baking times, and 45 mins is too long...I cooked mine for about 35 mins and it came out perfect. I will definately make this one again...tomorrow night!

This is by far one of the best tasting desserts ever. I've made it with just strawberries - tastes like a great shortcake - and with original recipe. Preparation takes a little while if you're working with fresh fruit, but it is definitely worth the time. Everyone loves it!

I made this for my brother's birthday! It was great. Refreshing, Light, Sweet but not Sugary. The whole cake got eaten. Which is amazing because it always seems like there' frosted cake left.

An absolutely wonderful dessert and so easy to make. I was afraid it wouldn't come out of the pan easily, but it was perfect. Looks so elegant and tastes divine!
