Comments: Everyone loved this...I actually made two within a week and both disappeared almost immediately. I'm not sure it's a legitimate breakfast food but it was eaten at all three meals in our house! |

Comments: I too added an extra banana for additional flavor. No icing was needed, but will try with icing next time I bake cake. Added this recipe to my fav's cookbook binder. (I keep my ripe bananas in freezer and nuke them when ready to use, works for me.) |

Comments: I also wanted to mention that I followed the high altitude directions, which worked great for Colorado, and left out the nuts for allergy reasons. Still great! |

Comments: I baked this cake for a church gathering and had a wonderful response! The cake has a mild cinnamon/banana flavor and is moist and delicious. I did not use a frosting, but sprinkled confectioners sugar on top with wonderful results. I will certainly use this recipe again. |

Comments: This recipe was superb. I would not hesitate to use it for a catering event. Took it to work & my experiment testing group really liked it as well. I am going to experiment to try to make it a bit more "dense" and easier to slice in the bundt cake form. All in all a great recipe. |

Comments: This cake was well received by my family. I didn't make the icing/glaze. You don't really need it because it is very moist. One daughter said, "Mom, this is the best cake ever." A great compliment coming from my dessert picky teenager. |

Comments: This cake is so easy and delicious. I took it to work and my co-workers loved it. The only thing that I would change is, I would add at least one more banana for a little bit more flavor. Thanks for the recipe. |

Comments: I put the cake mix in a bowl and dumped in the remainder of the ingredients and put the handmixer to it. Doesn't get any easier.
I omitted the water and doubled the bananas. I did not frost it either as it is very moist and I don't need the extra calories.
Quick, easy, delicious! |
