It was very easy to make. My wife who is a pickey eater just loved it. I also thought it was great. We will make this again and again.

This even pleased my husband who is not a typical Mexican food fan. I used canned chicken, the entire package of taco seasoning and diced jalapenos.

This dish was AMAZING! Even though it did take a little while to make, it was worth it.

This was delicious! The only change I made was adding Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies mix), I think it gave it a good kick..a little extra spice. The leftovers were just as good!

I made this two nights ago and it was such a hit with my husband, my one year old and my neighbors. That i made it again last night. It is so delioucious. in fact I just finished eating the remainders of the leftovers from last night. If you don't have leftover chicken by the way just buy the deli southwestern chicken strips in your deli meat secition. Also, to make it more spicey I added two cans of Old El Paso green chilies the second time around and also instead of just a teaspoon of the El Paso taco mix I used the whole think. It was amazing. Also on top of the white minute rice I added two things of the chicken flavored already cooked minute rice. Added more falvor I think,
