This was decent. I'm not one for overly spicy or hot foods, and I thought this needed a kick. I added 3 t of taco seasoning instead of 2-should have added the whole pouch. Something was still missing. It's a good base recipe to play with though!

This was awesome! I will try it with Sugar next time. My boyfriend who is Hispanic gave it the 2 thumbs up!

Very easy to make, and my husband loved it! I added 2 T. sugar to the cornbread mixture (we prefer sweeter, "Northern"-style cornbread). Topped finished product with sour cream and salsa, served a salad on the side: all-in-all a very tasty meal!

Hubby and I love this recipe. The only thing I've changed is that we use regular canned corn. I like to top mine with sour cream, and he likes his with enchilada sauce. We like this so much, it's in our regular rotation!

My family likes dishes a little bit spicier, so I added a few more spices. It was delicious.

This recipe is so easy and so good! I love it. My husband said it's better than his mother's.

This receipe was EXTREMELY easy to make and very tasty. You can also get away with adding extra veggies and/or chicken by just adding a little extra seasoning.
