Comments: I'm not a slaw fan and even I love this recipe! The pork cutlets turn out wonderful, too-moist with a good, crunchy coating. Even my picky 3-yr-old ate every bite I put on her plate! |

Comments: Too bad I haven't found this recipe until now. What a find!?!?!?!?!?!
I'll have to work on the slaw a bit. I found a bag of slaw mix that was cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and broccoli. Outstanding! I'm a classic slaw lover so I need to figure out how to tweak it to my liking a little better. However, it wasn't bad at all and tasted very refreshing and healthy. |

Comments: The breading for this recipe was awesome! It was crunchy even cooked in the oven. I doubled the paprika and black pepper, this would be AWESOME for an oven chicken "fried" steak with gravy. I really liked the slaw and so did my 9 year old who is not a huge slaw fan, but my husband who does not like slaw, didn't like it. Next time I will make it without the slaw. GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!! |

Comments: VERY GOOD! I also used butter in the pan and then sprayed the tops with butter flavored non-stick spray. I also doubled both the spices. Warning.. it did not look anything like the picture. :)
Family liked it and my 11 year old cleaned his plate.
Have not tried the slaw yet. |

Comments: Delicious. I used 1/2, instead of 1/4 tsp paprika and lots of fresh gruond pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I served it with steamed white rice and my beloved Tonkatsu plum sauce...omg it was the BEST. Crispy, flavor, juicy and light - without any of that heavy grease you'd get from frying. I wil be making this one again. And again and again! Skipped the slaw though b/c I'm not a slaw fan. |

Comments: This is a great meal. I used roasted vegetable crackers instead of the saltines plus some Mrs. Dash seasoning. My husband is a "classic slaw" fan but he loved this version. I am a celery hater so I ommited the celery seeds. We tried it again with a mixture of lite Honey Mustard and lite Ranch dressing and liked it even better. A keeper in our house! |

Comments: This meal was good. The pork chops stayed moist during cooking but the breading did not turn out the way the picture looked. I tried the cooking spray but my breading came off, so I used butter they were very good. Dont use butter if you are watching certain diet restrictions. |

Comments: Needed something different for boneless pork chops. I didn't have saltines so I substituted Club crackers. These pork chops came out with a delicious flavor and very moist. My husband usually doesn't like boneless pork chops but he said this recipe was "A keeper". Haven't tried the slaw yet. |
