this is a great recipe! It's also great by adding cooked ground hamburger on top to make it a main dish. Have made it for brunch and added bacon crumbles. |

I love potatoes as does my family something quick and different . Potatoes can be a meal in itself |

I have made these a bunch of times and love them. During the holidays or if I'm having guests, and I'm short on oven space and time, I'll put these in the crock pot on high for about an hour and a half. That leaves the oven free and gives extra time to concentrate on the dinner. |
