A huge hit at a pot luck! Everyone loved it! I too agree not to blend the peppers and alfredo sauce in the blender. I chop up the peppers real small and then mix with a spoon. |

I've been making this recipe for a long time. It is always at all my barbecues and potlucks. It's my all time favorite. I don't recommend the tip about combining the peppers and alfredo in a blender...it turns it all red. I like the bits of color and it tastes better. |

I really enjoyed this receipe, I was surprised on the reaction I received when I served this salad at my barbecue. I'm not a big red pepper fan, but I really loved the flavor of the pepper combined with the alfredo sauce. I will definatly be making this salad all summer long. |
