I made this Monday night and it was quick and easy and very tasty. I did make a couple of changes though, we didn't have the particular scalloped potatoes the recipe calls for so I used cheesy instead and added about 1/2 cup shredded medium cheddar to the mixture before baking. I didn't have left over chicken so I cooked ground chicken with some Adobo, S&P,and Nature's Seasoning and added it to the mixture. My husband doesn't eat mushrooms so I used 3/4 a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I also did not use butter in the bread crumbs I just sprinkled them on top for the last 5 mins. I will definitely make this again!

I went exactly by the recipe, but it came out kinda bland and boring. It doesn't taste bad but I have had much better luck with some of the other recipes on this site. Overall, there was nothing distasteful but nothing very delicious either.

Very easy to make, had to substitute the potatoes because store did not have that particular flavor. I had a jallepeno pepper scalloped potatoes instead, it was fine. Super easy, and a good way to use a cooked chicken left overs. Used crackers instead of bread crumbs, and that was fine probably a different texture.

The store was out of sour cream & chive so I used scalloped potatoes instead and it was a little bland. It think I would add sour cream instead of the milk next time if I use the scalloped potatoes. Otherwise it was good.

I made this but changed it a bit. Used left over ham instead of chicken and brocolli instead of peas. It turned out very well.

I made this with tuna and without mushrooms. It was delicious; however, it is way too many calories for one meal in our family.

This was super fast, super easy & really really good. Even my exceptionally picky husband thought it was fantastic. Brought it to my father the next day & he ate all that was left over, telling me to bring whatever I cook from now on! =) One of my faves. & I think you'll like it too!

This recipe was excellent. It was so easy to make. The immediate family loved it. I would not hesitate to use for invited friends or family members. Thanks
