This was definitely fantastic and quick! If you don't have a jar of roasted peppers, you could actually take a pepper and roast it yourself. I tried that, too. This was super tasty, and it hit the spot. Definitely try this! |

When I saw this recipe in my Betty Crocker Quick N Easy cookbook, I was skeptical. It didn't "sound" good to me.Boy was I surprised. This receipe is FANTASTIC! My entire family inhaled it and went back for more. Depending on the size of your family, I would definitely double the recipe.The flavors of the spread, pork and roasted red peppers complimented each other so well.The only thing I changed was I added a small amount of salt to the pork while it was cooking. I served it alongside grilled corn on the cob. |
