AWESOME!! My "guy" said it looked like something from a bed and breakfast LOL and I must say tasted as it was too..Very good and easy to make. It is a heavy cake so do not need big slices. My 2 year old grandson loved it also.. will for sure be making again and again :) |

I was extremely impressed with how quick and easy this cake came together... The creamcheese frosting is not overpowering and the cranberries give the cake a sweet taste that works very well. I ended up making it twice in ONE WEEK! I recommend this to anyone who likes to eat! I wouldn't change a single bite! |
