At my house, this was so well received that it has been re-named 'Impossibly WONDERFUL Shrimp Pie'.
Don't put it on the top rack of the oven lest the 'crust' get too brown and become difficult to cut.

Made this tonight and it was great. I loved that it was quick to throw together and minimal ingredients. My hubby ate it up and asked me to make it again. I used 1 c Bisquick based on some of the other suggestions on the "Impossibly Easy" recipes and I used mozzarella instead of swiss. We will be making this again soon. |

made this today my girlfriend thought it was great. added a little extra shrinp and swiss cheese. also put a little fresh grated parmesan.also made a easy shrimp cocktail sauce,made a nice touch. |
