Comments: At my house, this was so well received that it has been re-named 'Impossibly WONDERFUL Shrimp Pie'.
Don't put it on the top rack of the oven lest the 'crust' get too brown and become difficult to cut.

Comments: Made this tonight and it was great. I loved that it was quick to throw together and minimal ingredients. My hubby ate it up and asked me to make it again. I used 1 c Bisquick based on some of the other suggestions on the "Impossibly Easy" recipes and I used mozzarella instead of swiss. We will be making this again soon. |

Comments: made this today my girlfriend thought it was great. added a little extra shrinp and swiss cheese. also put a little fresh grated parmesan.also made a easy shrimp cocktail sauce,made a nice touch. |
