Comments: Delicious! I put some of the seasoning on the chicken before grilling and it gave it some extra flavor. I never know how to pick a ripe mango, so I used frozen mango and it was perfect. A delicious summer salad! |

Comments: This was a delicious change-up salad for my husband and myself. We are watching what we eat and trying to eat healthy. When I read the ingredients I realized this was a perfect alternative to the usual "healthy" low-fat, low cal dinner fare. We did the chopping and dicing together and had fun doing it! The salad makes a beautiful entree in a glass bowl. I liked the flavors very much - hubby was ok with them (a meat & potatos man)but stated he liked it as a change in the usual fare and would not put it in our usual line up of revolving meals. So beware if you, too, have a meat & potatos man! :D |

Comments: Easy to prepare; looked just like the picture. Took it to a church pitch-in and everyone loved it and some ask for the recipe. I couldn't find pina colada yogurt so I used orange. It tasted great. |
