I have been making this dish for years and now here it is for all to see. However while the Tortellini is boiling in water, in a second pan I steam fresh broccoli. I put my sauce into the bottom of the bowel and then add the hot pasta and mix in the broccoli. It's HEAVEN and one of my fav's. Of course I just fresh graded cheese too. |
