Comments: I did this one again but a little different. I added a layer of sugar/cinnamon coated apples (two med. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped) between layers of biscuits. I also increased the cooking time to 45 minutes. This time the center was cooked just right. The taste is out of this world. |

Comments: Let me be the first to say that this cake is easy to make and tastes great. I will add nuts next time. The only negative comment I got was the center was still a little too soft so I recommend increasing the baking time to 35-40 min. I am giving this recipe 5 spoons despite the soft center. |
