I did this one again but a little different. I added a layer of sugar/cinnamon coated apples (two med. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped) between layers of biscuits. I also increased the cooking time to 45 minutes. This time the center was cooked just right. The taste is out of this world.

Let me be the first to say that this cake is easy to make and tastes great. I will add nuts next time. The only negative comment I got was the center was still a little too soft so I recommend increasing the baking time to 35-40 min. I am giving this recipe 5 spoons despite the soft center.
