Okay. The hubby likes this. No wait... He LOVES it. He just went back for seconds. Took reviewers idea and added alittle sour cream! Hubby said he thinks it would be good with alittle hot sauce or even with scrambled eggs vs. hard boiled.
I love the fact that it took so little time to make on a week night. Will make again. Could be a fun brunch also. |

Easy & delicious one-pan meal for my family. We subsituted diced yellow squash, zucchini & mushrooms for the eggs with a spoonfull of sour cream on top, yummy. Fun for St. Paddy's Day celebrating with a loaf of warm Irish Soda Bread. |

Way to much fat and salt. Plus what are the beets for. I like beets, but I do not think they would do much for corn beef hash. |

I did not have the corned beef or any hamburger thawed out so I used italian sausage and it was wonderful. |
